Joe Odomah popularly known as Akaba man is a celebrated Nigerian musician and philosopher hailing from Edo State. He is one of the most popular figures that spearheaded the golden generation of Funk music. Akaba Man gained popularity renowned for his energetic brand of Edo funk that enjoyed acclaim both locally and internationally. His solo exploits led to the assembling of the group known as The Nigie Rokets. Akaba Man has made significant contributions to the Nigerian music scene.
